These items are essentially NEW Powerex IGBT Power Transistor Modules (part number CM1000HA-28H). This part number translates to a single IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) per module, 1000 Amps maximun current rating, and 1400 VoltsDC maximum voltage rating. Almost all of them were installed in equipment that was NEW, that was kept as spares inventory, then declared surplus.
