Now, what do those letters and numbers mean :-) Using the Maruwa General Catalog (and MMC Part Numbering System): 223 = Capacitance in a 3 digit system in pF whereby the first 2 numbers are the first 2 digits and the 3rd digit is the number of zeroes following those 2 digits so = 22000pF U = Temperature Characteristic = Y5U to be added to the cost of the lot.
