See the green circuit board with the wires going to it? The wires are connected to the board with a 3 pin plug. These fans have 3 leads. RED & BLACK for power and a white lead. The white lead may be a "tachometer lead" which puts out a square wave. I did not test this lead and do not guarantee it. The white tachometer lead is not needed for the fan to run. The white lead is an OUTPUT lead and could even be cut off. I blow these off with air from our compressor. They may still have a thin layer of dust on them. They are not filthy or grimy, but may be slightly dirty As you can see in the picture, the brand and rating is covered. Fan Output: I am guessing between 70-100 CFM based on similar fans. This is the connector to interface this to your power source. You may want to replace it if you will be keeping the fans in the rack Good condition! Guaranteed working!
