Engineered Electronics TE-601 Pulse AND Gate. I'm not sure whether this is a computer tube, IC, hybrid solid state package or some sort of relay network, but it's an unusual old logic circuit of some sort. It has a 13-pin, tube-like base, metal can construction, new old stock.
