We are a small family owned business. We do our best to accurately describe all of our items and we provide lots of high quality pictures so you can see what you are getting. We do not use stock photos so what you see is what you will get. Whenever we have a warranty or guarantee to pass on to you we will, We generally obtain our items from working enviroments so most are working when we get them. If we do not post test results please do not assume it is tested, as it is not. If we make a mistake in our listing if you give us a fair chance we will always try to make it right.
