EscrowUnlt © AP6.0 This is the MMBTA14 NPN SMT Darlington Transistor Design Kit. It includes the very popular MMBTA14 NPN Darlington Transistor in the SMT SOT-23 package. The MMBTA14 was designed for applications requiring extremely high current gains at up to 1000 milliamps. It is well suited for relay drivers from extremely low input currents. Use this transistor to interface from Logic ICs to drive the outside world such as relays, lamps, solenoids, and more. There are also 22 different common values of SMT Resistors, 10 different common values of SMT Capacitors, 2 different colors of LEDs, 20 SMT Diodes, and 20 leaded Diodes. There are enough different parts to build many different types of transistor circuits.
