AZONIX A324 ISOLATED 4 WIRE RTD LINEARIZED INPUT MODULE - This module is new old stock and is marked MODEL: A324 / TYPE: ISOLATED 4 WIRE RTD INPUT, LINEARIZED / INPUT: 0C +120C / OUTPUT: 0V +5V / DATE CODE: 9607-09 / AZONIX / MADE IN U.S.A. It is believed to be the equivalent of an ANALOG DEVICES MODEL 5B35-01. It measures 56.6 mm (2.23") L x 57.6 mm (2.26") W x 14.3 mm (.56") thick. Please reference our part number SL1285.
