Unit accepts standard miniature 3.5 mm mono plug and measures 5/16 inch square by 5/8 inch deep.There are three terminals: One common, one input, one switched output. Intended for thru hole normal pc board mounting. But could be glued and No markings. Appears to be a quality import. Received by us in absolutely "as new" clean and unused as loose distributor stock Guaranteed usable. May include very minor cosmetics.
