SMC MRQ Type Rotary Actuator System This looks like a SMC MRQ Type Rotary Actuator System. It has part D-A77, which according to our research is a Reed Switch. The top label says that the cylinder is an XT317-40-100B-X1-TX, however we found no info about that model number. For more information see this link about the MRQ series .
