Bovie Electro Unit Tesla Coil Spark Gap Electrolysis You can control the operation of the gap with the included foot pedal. Wouldn't that be cool to be able to free your hands for adjusting the gap on your coil, controlling it on/off operation with just a press of your toe! Plus you have those cool control handles on the top of the case for adjusting voltage maybe? The right one is a four position switch and the left one appear to be a potentiometer. You also get what ever cables there are. They allow you to plug into the jack of output. Do you guys see the potential I see? If the transformer in this puppy is too small for a coil you could yank it out and throw a nice big 15KV 60Ma in there, a couple of big ol caps & remote mount your primary/secondary for a really cool experimental set up! If Your a NaCl capacitor guy like me there might even be enough room in there for a beer bottle condenser bank. If set up right you could use this to test all sorts of different could configurations.
