Eleven cooling fins 5/16" tall on a heat sink that is 1" X 1-1/4" with ball grid array attachment, simply drill two small holes and snap in the spring loaded plastic clips into the holes and you have an easy attach, easy remove spring compressed heat sink. The back side has a 1/2" square of heat sink compound for good thermal contact to your chip. Cool many kinds of chips and items with these, like rectifiers, bridges, control chips, etc. Inexpensive, easy, and good.
