These items are NEW, High Voltage, High Current, Dual Diode Modules, manufactured by Powerex (the USA Sales Agency for Mitsubishi Electric Co. power products and designs). They are Powerex model ND4414180P: 1400 Volt 180 Amp Dual Diodes. They were carefully removed from NEW industrial equipment (that was kept as spares inventory, then declared surplus). This makes them NEW components (though not BRAND NEW or NIB). Applications Data: These dual diodes are arranged in the useful half bridge configuration. Two of these in parallel, therefore, can directly implement a full wave power bridge rectifier (for single phase power). Also, THREE of them in in parallel can directly implement a full wave power bridge rectifier for three phase power.
