Only TWO remaining of this exact style! Electroswitch is one of the finest manufacturers of heavy duty electrical utility quality switches and similar products. These are often hard to find and outrageously priced. The switches are rated 2 horsepower or 20 amps at 110 vac up to an unusually high 6 amps at 600 vac. They typically are three inches in diameter and each pole adds 5/8 of an inch to the switch depth. The shaft is an industrial standard 1/4 inch square. There are two styles of switching action available. With the "bridging" style, if there are contacts A, B, C, and D, The first switch position connects A to B. The second connects B to C. The third connects C to D. Typically there are two bridging contacts 180 degrees from each other. With the "normal" style switching, a single common wiper contact is sequentially routed to set positions in the usual selector switch manner.. There are eight positions around these switches. Restraining screws can be used to limit operation to a fewer number of positions. These are perfect for motor controls, robotics, automation, or other shop floor uses where a premium quality, super rugged switch is required for direct control of motors and similar higher current loads. Offered here is a two deck version with four live contacts per deck. This uses "normal" switching to connect "A" to off, "A" to "B", "A" to "C", or "A" to "D". Giving a double pole, three position plus off switching. Included are a pair of removable bridging straps and one removable deck-to-deck jumper. These are intended to let you switch one voltmeter between any two lines in a three phase system. Or tuen it off entirely. The shaft extends 1-3/4 inches out the front. There is a three point front panel mount adaptor included. Knob and bezel are not included. Presently set to four positions, three live and one "off".
