Eurotherm - 1/8 DIN, Process Loop Controller, Model #808/D1/0/0/0/0/QLS/(AKFF400)/. This controller was previous running a temperature control loop, with a Type K thermocouple as it's input. It has an Analog DC Output, of 4-20ma. I'm not sure how to reconfigure it for other inputs, but I know it can be done. It comes as pictured, supplied without documentation, although specifications and documentation can be downloaded from the Invensys website (owners of this brand of controllers). This controller is in excellent functional, and cosmetic condition, complete with panel mounting screws on the top and bottom.
