The diode is good as mixer, detector or multiplier up to the X-band. MA/COM´s X-band gunnplexers use same size of diode. Ideal for 3cm HAM-band applications in a WR-90 waveguide or for X-band Radar frequencies. Diode can be used also at higher frequencies may be with less performance .
