Set of 4 Sanken Audio Output Power Transistors 2SA1216 & 2SC2922 These parts are widely used in audio amplifiers as the output stage power transistors. This set of four will be suitable for a single channel Class AB output stage up to 200W into 4 ohms, or a Class A output stage up to 50W. As two stereo pairs they would be suitable for up to 100W into 4 ohms (50-60W into 8 ohms). Rating: Vce = 180 volts, Ic = 17 A, ft=40MHz, MT200 package.
