Here is a nice new dual PC Board mounting dual RJ-11 jack. Each jack has 4 gold plated conductors and can be used with the 6 conductor type and size plugs. These measure appx. 7/8" wide x 1/2" deep and high. These would be good for repairs or building into your own custom made devices. The price listed is for one double jack as pictured.
