Willem EPROM Programmer. Used to program your own EPROMs. I used this to program chips for my car ECU. Includes the USB cable, DB25 Parallel cable, CD ROM w/drivers and instructions, and a few printouts of the instructions. Compatible with many different chips. I used it with the 27C256 and 27C512 EPROMs.
