This is an old Westinghouse Network Master Relay from 1928 by Granville Palmer. It appears to be unused and in mint condition. The thick glass cover made it a little difficult to photograph but I did not want to remove it. I placed a link for you to follow to read the patent info. This is 31 lbs before packing because of the thick mount which is made of steel.
