You are looking at a very high quality metal cased RF Relay made by Teledyne. The coil voltage is 5 Volts and the resistance is 64 Ohms. The platinum plated contacts are rated at 1Amp at 28V DC, but this relay is intended for switching low level RF. The insertion loss is less than 0.5dB at 2GHz.
