This is an assortment of 130 vintage and "semi-vintage" transistors commonly used for CB, ham, power, switching, audio & video. The vast majority are TO-220 case style. These are MOSTLY USED PULLS which have been tested as good working units. If you find as many as 2 or 3 duds in this whole lot, I would be very surprised. Lead lengths will vary and you will need to clean and straighten the leads on many of them before installing them into any circuit or project. For QUICK REFERENCE PURPOSES, each type will initially be listed in numeric order, with the ECG / NTE cross equivalents; HOWEVER the vast majority of these transistors are actually from the original manufacturers, such as Mitsubishi, Sanyo, RCA, NEC, Harris, etc. All transistors are organized, bagged and labeled with the ECG / NTE cross reference numbers for quick identification.
