This item is a High Voltage, High Current, Power SCR ("Silicon Controlled Rectifier" Diode) , manufactured by Powerex (the USA Sales Agency for Mitsubishi Electric Co. power products and designs). It is a Powerex model CSD3080H: 800 Volt 400 Amp SCR. Here is a link to a data sheet for this fine SCR. Here is some comparative price information: This exact same SCR module is now selling new for $217.76 each (that is: for more than twice the price) at Galco.com, another online industrial electronics distributor.
