220 Volt 40 Hp phase converter panel with 30 Hp idler motor and 200 amp Square D distribution panel. I used this in my shop to run all my 3 phase equipment. Works perfectly. All connections are already made except for three wires to the starter panel. Just hang them on the wall connect those three wires (included) and hook up your wiring to the distribution box. Several breakers are already in the box. I used this to run CNC equipment with no problems. You are better off with the largest phase converter you can get no matter what size motor you are starting up to the capacity of the converter. This one will start a 20 Hp motor with no problem. After the 20 Hp is started, you can start a 30 Hp and so on. Capacity is cumulative as all motors generate. Just don't try to start them all at once, and don't exceed box amperage.
