These items are brand new IRF730 MOSFET High Voltage Power transistors, manufactured by SEC (Samsung Electric Co). These transistors are 400 Volt; 5.5 Amp MOSFET devices - packaged in a TO-220 plastic package. Data Sheet: Here is a link for a manufacturer data sheet for these fine transistors (the IR brand).
