For more information go to nteinc.com. This part is a replacement semiconductor. The actual brand may be from NTE, ECG (Sylvania, the division was bought by NTE) or ERS (MCM Electronics). Most of the thousand replacement parts are NTE. ALL parts are new or new-old stock. The parts came from my retail store that was opened in 1983.
