I don't know much about the specifics of this Foxboro Meter or what it does exactly, other than what is stated on the unit itself. It is used and doesn't have the original box or manual. But it is still in good shape. There are a few scuffs and scratches on it. I do not have the means to test it for its full capability, but it appears that it would work fine, although I'm not 100% sure.
