Consists of a truck driven by a ball screw riding on linear bearings in a solid aluminum extrusion great for an axis on your homemade CNC machine. Travel approx. 10-3/8", Lead screw Pitch approx 1-3/4 turns per inch. Total over all length approx. 25", Width approx. 5". It has a matching belt and pulley and a bracket to mount your stepper or servo. The linear bearings and the lead screw travel smoothly. There is T-slot grooves on the back for ease of mounting. There is also a shaft on the opposite end great for in-line mounting to slim up the profile or mount an encoder. The ball screw is very smooth and shiny and approx. 16mm in width. There is some evidence of etching from corrosion most noticeable towards the end of the linear rails but it is only cosmetic and does not affect the smooth ease of travel or accuracy.
