AXDOS is a consulting company in Sweden within the area of automation, that also sells second hand automation equipment. All product sold by us is sold in second hand. A new item is not used before but can be of an old date. We send worldwide with the exception of those countries where export is illegal. Items can be sent on your accounts or our account at DHL. If possible, your purchases will be sent together at lowest price. At EMERGENCY call +46 70 5458158. If you want to return an item without faults, there is a $150 fee for restocking it. Returns is available within 30 days from the purchase. All units is guaranteed to be working upon arrival. Warranty time is stated for each item. Warranty period counts from invoice day. A warranty claim must be received before the end of the warranty period and the item must be handled to us within two weeks after the period has ended. THIS WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THAT WE DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES EXCEPT ACTUAL DAMAGES UP TO, BUT NOT EXCEEDING, THE AMOUNT PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF SAME.
